Upload Transactions - SustainLedger

Upload Your Transaction Data

New to SustainLedger? You'll need to sign up first to get your Access Key. Once you've signed up, you'll receive your Access Key via email. Use that key here to submit your transaction data.

Upload your CSV file with transaction data to generate your PPN 006 compliant Carbon Reduction Plan. Your results will be sent to the email address associated with your Access Key.

Access Key * Your Access Key was sent to your email when you signed up. It's a 64-character hexadecimal string.

Transaction CSV File * CSV file with columns: date, description, amount_gbp, supplier (optional), category (optional)

Company Name * Required: Your company name will be included in the report and email subject

Reporting Period (Optional) Optional: Specify the reporting period for your report (will be included in email subject)

Interim Target % Reduction by 2030 Default: 25% - Please specify your target if different. This will be included in your Carbon Reduction Plan.

CSV File Format

Your CSV file should have the following columns:

date (required): Transaction date in YYYY-MM-DD format
description (required): Bank transaction description
amount_gbp (required): Amount in GBP (negative for spend, positive for income)
supplier (optional): Cleaned supplier name
category (optional): Accounting category
