Use of the service

SustainLedger provides tools to generate carbon reduction reports from transaction data. You must use the service lawfully and only for purposes consistent with PPN 006 and applicable UK regulation. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload and for how you use any reports or outputs.

Reports are illustrative

Reports and calculations produced by SustainLedger are illustrative and for guidance only. They do not constitute legal, accounting, or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring that any carbon reduction plan or tender submission meets the requirements of PPN 006 and your contracting authority. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Accounts and data

Where you create an account or connect third-party services (e.g. FreeAgent), you must keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SustainLedger excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on reports or outputs. Our liability is limited as set out in applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate material changes where appropriate.
